Sarah Bush Lincoln offers Stepping into Mindfulness, a series of meditations, from 4 to 17 minutes in length. Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Developed by SBL Bereavement Counselor, Dakota Jones, we hope you find these meditations helpful in bringing you calm, peace and relaxation. Begin each session in a quiet, comfortable space. Sit or lie down, whatever is most comfortable to you and just follow the guidance of the speaker.
